    Context & Objectives : A medico-social organisation of around 800 people working with the disabled made up of 11 establishments: adapted companies, ESAT (establishments which help disabled people access the professional world), Advice and Training, CRP (Professional re-education centre), Lodgings, Support services etc. In line with the evolution of its environment and the new expectations of interested parties (investors, clients etc.) the YMCA wanted to define a new development and optimisation blueprint for its organisation.
